1. Sampling :
Collecting customers' requirement of fabric and style, identifying and selection of appropriate source. Preliminary screening by inspection and testing with our facilities. Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.

2. Pricing :
Receiving and verifying the quotations of suppliers by studying their suitability both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements. Negotiation and finalization of price.

3. Order progress process :
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with suppliers on process planning, preparation of Fabric data and garment data by highlighting critical stages involved.

4. Weekly progress report :
Meeting with Merchandiser, QC and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be mailed to each buyer on every Monday. This will enable all buyers to verify order progress and any remarks can be made on progress of the shipment.

5. Sample trajectory :
Different types of samples like prototype, pre-production, photo sample etc will be strictly followed up.

6. Quality Assurance :
Arranging and carry out fabric, in-line and final inspection. Testing over all basic parameters for each lot of the fabric in our in-house laboratory.

7. Shipment :
Arranging for shipment with the forwarders and follow up at trans-shipment points for smoother connections.
