Background
SB Merchandising Services
was started in 1992, under sole proprietorship of
Mr. S.Sreethar Babu, who is a technical graduate in
textile technology and did post graduation in International
marketing. After induction in textile mills for few
years, he worked for Mondial India, apparel-sourcing
division of C&A, Europe in merchandising department.
SBMS has added more customers in Europe slowly after
establishing a good organizational setup. Now we have
a full-fledged office in Tirupur, South of India as
well as a branch office in Chennai to cater to both
knitted and woven garments.

SBMS aims to achieve leadership in apparel sourcing
service by providing a strong committed service to
global customers in terms product quality, delivery
and price.
Objectives
1. Delivery commitment :
All orders of prescribed quality generated from all
customers shall be executed before the agreed delivery
dates.

Customer satisfaction :
All orders of all suppliers shall have a customer
rating not less than 80% in all aspects like quality,
delivery, service and price.

New product : Company
shall add not less than 100 styles - developing of
its own for every season.
4.
Style bank : Maintenance
of Fabric data sheet and garment data sheet along
with sample for exact reproduction in bulk.
All
the above objectives are strictly followed with continuous
improvement in the existing system to reach the global
presence.
